Giles is directly responsible for the management, administration and implementation of IPAF’s training programmes. He is a certified IPAF instructor for mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) and a British Standards Institute (BSI) accredited ISO 9001 lead auditor. Giles holds an honours degree in business management. Prior to joining IPAF, he spent eight years in the construction industry and two years in the construction recruitment sector. | |
Paul Roddis Training Manager, IPAF |
Paul has been in the industry for over 20 years and in training for over 10 of those. He is responsible for the creation and delivery of all IPAF training courses worldwide. Prior to joining IPAF Paul was a Senior IPAF Instructor, Lead PASMA Instructor, Lead Ladder Association Instructor, Confined Space Instructor and Assessor, and a CITB Site Management Instructor. He is committed to keeping people safe by creating world class training for Powered Access. | |
Steve Booker Group Managing Director, KENTEC Training |
Steve has decades of experience within the powered access industry and over the past 20 years has presented at various seminars and webinars about work at height, behavioural safety, and general health and safety issues within the industry. He is a long-standing IPAF PAL+ Instructor and is involved widely with safe work at height in the broader sense; his other current roles include; Vice Chair of IPAF’s Training Committee, Chair of the Ladder Association’s Training Committee, Chair of PASMA’s Training Committee, and Vice Chair of the PASMA Council and Executive Council. |
