IPAF WEBINAR: WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP
SPEAKERS ANNOUNCED

The first webinar in the series takes place on 20 September 2023, with the theme ‘Women in Leadership’. This webinar is hosted by Ali Moore, an experienced leadership development consultant.
The webinar will explore what it means to be a woman in leadership today, what makes a good leader, as well as busting some myths around leadership.
Ali will be joined by panellists Debbie Hameetman, Director of People Process and Digital Technology EMEAI (JLG); Oana Samoila, Key Accounts Sales Manager (AlmaCrawler) and Vicki Allen, Managing Director (International Platforms).
The panel will discuss their own experience of leadership and the challenges and opportunities facing women leaders and aspiring leaders.
The webinar complements the initiative’s other activities which include a mentoring scheme for women in the industry, stories of women in different roles across the sector and the first women in powered access networking event.
The webinars are free to attend and are open to both members and non-members. They will be broadcast via Zoom and will be in English. A recording will be available on IPAF's YouTube channel after the webinar, for anyone unable to watch live.
